Advance Readers

Join the ARC Team

Before a book launches, a small group of readers gets to read it first. They're called Advance Readers — and their honest reviews are one of the most important things that can happen for a book on launch day. If that sounds like something you'd enjoy being part of, we'd love to have you.

What Is an ARC?

ARC stands for Advance Reader Copy. It's a finished (or near-finished) version of the book shared with readers before the official publication date. There's no cost to you — you receive the book free, you read it on your own time, and if you found value in it, you post an honest review on Amazon after launch day.

That's the whole arrangement. No pressure to be glowing. No script. Just your genuine reaction, in your own words. Reviews from real readers who actually read the book are worth more than any advertising, and they help other people decide whether this is the right book for them.

What We're Looking For

You don't need any special credentials to be an advance reader. We're looking for people who:

  • Are genuinely interested in community preparedness — not as a hobby, but as something they care about
  • Have an Amazon account and are comfortable posting a review there
  • Can commit to reading the book before launch day (September 8, 2026) and leaving a review within a few days of launch
  • Will give us their honest opinion — positive reviews are great, but honest ones are what matter most

What You'll Receive

Advance readers receive a free digital copy of Beyond the Bunker in PDF or ePub format, delivered by email approximately 3–4 weeks before launch. You'll also receive the complete Stronghold Compass Field Kit — the same printable templates and drill cards available to all readers — at no cost.

There's no obligation beyond what you're comfortable with. If life gets in the way and you can't finish the book in time, we understand completely. Just let us know and we'll make room for another reader.

How to Apply

Spots on the ARC team are limited. To apply, send a brief note — just a few sentences about who you are and why this book interests you — to the address below. We'll be in touch with next steps.

ARC applications close August 1, 2026. We'll confirm all readers by August 10.
